Well, yesterday was Friday again, of course! We went to John Ball Zoo! It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed being outdoors and seeing some animals. It was a little disappointing that some of the biggest animal exhibits were still in "hibernation" from the winter and we were unable to see them. Aidan especially enjoyed the Caiman that was laying up against the glass. He kept trying to touch the teeth! :)
Of course we got the standard picture by John Ball. But, because it had been so warm, we didn't let the kids out to touch him because the statue was too hot. Before we went in, we had lunch by the pond and watched the geese and ducks. They got a little aggressive by the end of our lunch, but the kids had fun watching them.
