Ready or not here I come!

Aidan has been enjoying the game of hide and seek. He wants to play it everywhere (the park, the mall, at home, etc.) He doesn't give very long to hide, and usually watches where you go...but he still loves the thrill of the game. It's also a good opportunity for him to count, and try to be patient and wait!

In this video you can see him count to five, he almost always uses his fingers (pretty accurately...); look for Chris and determine that he's "in my bed - nope"; and finally at the end he declares "My turn to hide!" Many of the clips were too short to put in subtitles, so you'll have to just listen on your own. Also, please excuse our very messy apartment, inclduing Aidan's room, which Chris thinks looks like a homeless child lives there. FYI...diaper boxes make excellent toy boxes when you don't want to buy two sets of furniture and are living in two places. And, it was Aidan's choice for his closet to be where his mattress is...don't ask us why! Although it does come in handy because the light for the parking lot is right outside his window and makes it almost daylight in there, even in the middle of the night. So, one door partially closed provides him some form of darkness.
